    For Studios, average rates range mainly from $1900-$2300, with some as high as $2800.

    For Junior One Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2300-$2600, with some as high as $2900.

    For One Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2400-$2900, with some as high as $3200.

    For Two Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $3000-$3800, with some as high as $4200.

    For Three Bedrooms- virtually none available for less than 6 month leases.

    For Studios or Junior One's (few if any available), average rates range from $1500-$2300.
